Background
Morganne received her B.A. in Psychology with distinction, and a minor in Anthropology from Colby College in 2011. During her time at Colby, Morganne worked as a research assistant in the Behavioral Neuroscience Lab and in the Emotion and Mood Lab. In the Neuroscience lab, she worked on a project called “Food for Mood: The Role of Dietary Choline in a Rat Model of Depression,” and presented her research at the 2010 Society for Neuroscience Annual Conference. In the Emotion and Mood Lab, Morganne worked on a project examining the relationship of social problem-solving skills with mood disorders and personality pathology.
In the future, Morganne plans to attend graduate school in clinical psychology with a focus on mood disorders. Morganne joined the Psychosocial Research Program in June 2011.
