Background
Rita Rossi has been a project coordinator for several studies in the Department of Psychosocial Research since 2002. In 2001, she received her MA in Psychology from the University of Vermont, where she conducted research on neuropsychological functioning in marijuana users and fMRI research on frontal lobe functioning in patients with alcohol and cocaine dependence. Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant at the Brown University Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies. She received her BA in Psychology, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from Providence College in 1996.
